Registration

To be able to view/edit as well as exchange or cancel your order, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide your personal information. Any personal information you give us will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Order Confirmation

Shortly after you submit your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you confirming that your order was received by us. Included in the email will be your detailed invoice referenced with your order number.
If you do not receive the confirmation please check your junk mail folder. If the confirmation is still not there please email us at info@theklozet.com. 

Payment Policy

Currently, payment is limited to cash on delivery.

Refunds & Exchange

Please note there are no refunds, however exchanges can be done within two days of item delivery.
Exchanges can only be done if the order has been delivered. If the order is still in process then you can cancel your order only.
In order to be eligible for exchange, the items should be returned new and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
To request for an exchange, please login to your account at www.theklozet.com and click on “View & Print” under “My Orders”. Your exchange request will be done online through your account.

If your request for exchange is approved, a voucher will be sent to your email with the same value as your exchanged item(s). In order to use your voucher, a new order has to be made and the voucher will only be accepted if the order value is equal to or more than the voucher value.The voucher is valid for 6 months.

Please note when a voucher is used the order cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

No delivery charges will be applied when the voucher is used.

Cancelation of Orders 

Your full order or any single item can only be cancelled if your order status is still “In Process”. If your order status is “Dispatched” or “Delivered” then your order can’t be cancelled.
To check the status of your order please log in to your account at www.theklozet.com and click on “My Orders”.
If your order has not been dispatched, then you will have the option to cancel the full order or any single item(s) online through your account.
The order/item cannot be cancelled when a voucher is used.

Delivery Policy

Currently, delivery is limited to Kuwait only at a fixed rate of KD 1 and is non refundable.
Delivery is expected within 2 working days from the date of submitting your order during our business days (Saturday –Thursday).  
Any orders placed on Friday or any public holidays will be processed on the next working day. When a voucher is used there will be no delivery charges.
